Participants examined the causes of behavioral challenges, analyzed the child’s basic psychological needs, implemented a safety plan, and developed interaction skills and emotional regulation. They also mastered behavioral management methods and learned to care for their resources.
This training helped the Municipal Institution “Ridni” Social Support Center specialists better understand children’s needs, develop practical communication skills, and create a safe space for their development. Thank you to all participants for their activity and dedication to their work!
The event took place as part of the project “Strengthening the capacity of the Family Support Service department” of the “Ridni” Social Support Center of Lviv City Council, implemented by the Charitable Foundation “Ridni” in cooperation with the Department of Children’s Services of the Lviv City Council and the Municipal Institution “Ridni” Social Support Center for Children and Families of Lviv City Council, with the support of the British Government.
